BlackBerry Three

I (Rafael) wore No. 3 postpaid number **** 0.89939 million on behalf of Jauhar, who use the facility weekly BB. Previously using the three Pre-Paid. I've filed my complaint three days yesterday, just to get the password info, because I forgot. Due to the Push Email settings, I have to login using User and Password for Existing Account.

I myself have tried several times, until my accounts were blocked by the system. And the end I was asked to contact 123 (Customer Service) or contact by email (already several times). From the first day I asked for help, I was asked to wait for an x 24h and another asked for my number so she could be contacted by a related party. Until the third day, was always my contact and was always told to wait for an x 24h.

The question is:

1. Provider 3 this is actually not the intention or the recently launched BlackBerry? Is it really was not ready?

2. Is it because it was cheap, so the service also follows the cheap?

3. What to ask my other phone numbers to be confirmed, if the tip of the tip I never notified, even just once? At least, if the problem persists, why are not confirmed to us as a user? So we know if our problems are more processed or diurusin?

4. If for postpaid customers only service this bad, how about a prepaid? Can not be imagined.

5. Always been told to wait for an x 24h. Since the instructions given to me can not solve my problem. For how long? Until when should wait 1 x 24h? week? A month? or a year? BB service by using three Postpaid had my power off, because even to this entry keepat day, I did not call and notified.

I'm tired of being asked for and hold. Though just for info password just ask. And the funny part, I have been let by phone, if I do not ditelp for my problem and confirmed, would I enter into the media. But still no response.
